Print Options & Accessories
Artwork:
All artwork should be of actual size and supplied wherever possible as an EPS file with type converted to paths. This should if possible also be accompanied with a PDF file to check against. Please note that your product may have weld seams, rivets and other components which need to be taken into account when designing and positioning print.
We will send you, by e-mail, a dimensioned black & white PDF Proof of your artwork, positioned on a drawing of the product, for your approval
Digital:
Digital is full colour or line images which can be printed onto product direct from customer’s digital images. It is suitable where a crisp full colour image is required for smaller runs.
Materials – PVC, Polypropylene and Paper over Board
Litho:
Litho is also referred to as four colour or full colour process.
This process is particularly suited for long print runs. It can be as a single colour or duotone up to full colour giving clear photo type finishes.
Special pantone colours can be added if required

Screen Printing:
Screen printing is suitable for most run lengths.
This process provides clear solid colour finishes and is particularly good on non white backgrounds. Half tones can also be used to give enhanced effects.

Embossing:
Embossing is the process of creating raised (relief) designs on a substrate.
It is particularly effective when foam padding or expanded PVC are used.

Debossing:
Debossing is the reverse process of embossing and creates an image that is lowered or indented into the substrate.

Foil blocking:
Foil blocking is the process for providing a ‘metallised’ image on most substrates.
It is available in many different colours in addition to silver and gold.

Accessories:
Accessories include handles, corners, catches, press studs, velcro etc.
They come in a wide variety of colours and styles and can change your product into something special.
A SWING GRIP MECHANISM is an ideal way to give a polypropylene folder a new professional look.
The mechanism is riveted to the back cover of the folder through a hole in the swing grip.
Swing the clip towards the folder to lock and swing up to release the mechanism.
As well as clear the swing grip is available in black, white, red and blue.
Dividers:
Custom made tabbed dividers can utilise different materials such as card, PVC and polypropylene.
All can be litho or screen printed or foil blocked to your specification
